Understanding Night Sweats
Night sweats are probably the most common and distressing problem that women face when going through menopause. They can last from a few seconds to several minutes and can be accompanied by heavy unabated sweating. When they happen at night (sweats) they can disturb sleep and cause serious fatigue and depression.
Many women find that at the time of menopause, supplementing progesterone rather than estrogen improves the estrogen dominant symptoms. As well as providing relief from hot flashes and night sweats, it narrows the imbalance between the hormones. Progesterone provides a balance to the lack of naturally produced progesterone due to the cessation of ovulation at menopause.
Evaluate your symptoms with the online Progesterone Deficiency Symptoms assessment quiz.
This free booklet explains the role of progesterone in the female body and how many other aspects of a woman’s quality of life can be affected by inadequate progesterone production. These are summarized in the Progesterone booklet displayed opposite.

Hi Michael
Happy New Year from California.
Question,
Am I suppose to cycle on and off of the Andromen.? For example, three months using the cream and one month off…..
I am due for a medical exam with blood panels later this year…..I have no history of prostrate problems and have recently had a colonscopy, physical exam and blood test. All were normal. I am 52 years old.
The cream has really made a significant improvement in my sex drive

I wanted to say that I really appreciate your company and your products! I had been on Androgel for about a year and a half, but had recently lost insurance, so I could no longer afford that.
Unfortunately, I went for several months without hormones, and let me just say that I was "unpleasant" to be around. My moods were horrible and my kids couldn't wait until I got back on the hormones!
In Sept, I placed my first order...I haven't looked back since! It's amazing that on the gel, with the alcohol base, I would be throwing up about 1-2 times per month. I no longer have that issue with the cream, because of the base of the nut oils. Thank you!!!!
